Following the format adopted throughout the series, the same key questions are answered by leading practitioners in each of the 51 jurisdictions featured. New jurisdictions this year include Chile, Kazakhstan and Sri Lanka. This year our coverage of Canada and the United States has broadened to include chapters on Ontario, Quebec, California and Michigan.
