Singapore court disregards 'unreasonable' arguments
Singapore’s High Court has rejected a Pakistani gas company’s attempt to set aside the award of an ICC tribunal and clarified that two foreign concepts of unreasonableness have no place in challenges to arbitral awards in Singapore.
