A GAR survey on Switzerland in 2008 painted Homburger as "the arbitration group to watch".The firm is entirely in Zurich. The arbitration names are Gabrielle Nater-Bass, Balz Gross and, most importantly, Markus Wirth, current president of the Swiss Arbitration Association. "Markus Wirth was the name that everybody knew there," comments a rival of the firm who asked to remain anonymous. "But now the firm really has many excellent arbitration people. It has become very solid for commercial arbitration."
