Alan Tsang is an associate in the international arbitration and litigation practice group of Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom LLP and affiliates. Alan is a dispute resolution lawyer specialising in complex commercial litigation and international arbitration. Alan’s arbitration practice focuses on both international and domestic arbitration and his experience consists of arbitrations relating to commercial, construction and oil & gas disputes. He has handled arbitrations under the HKIAC and UNCITRAL rules. A Hong Kong qualified solicitor, Alan is also experienced with litigation in the courts of Hong Kong SAR. Alan is a graduate of the University of Toronto and the University of London.
