Patrick Heneghan has recently been elected partner in the international arbitration group in the London office of Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom LLP. Patrick has practised as an English qualified barrister focusing on international arbitration for a number of years and has extensive experience in international arbitration matters under a variety of different rules (UNCITRAL, ICC, LCIA, ICSID, AAA and HKIAC) and covering a broad range of corporate and commercial matters including finance, insurance, commercial contracts and infrastructure, engineering and energy projects. Patrick was educated at the University of Cambridge and the University of Oxford.
