Majken Korsgård Petersen
Before practising at Danders & More, Makjen worked in the legal department of the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Defence, where she handled public law issues and international issues, including agreements and conventions. After finishing her LLM, Majken worked with the large law firm DentonWildeSapte in London, well-known within the banking and finance business. Majken has thus always spent a great deal of her time focusing on international aspects and today, concurrently with her career at Danders & More, she is acting as military legal adviser to the general of Denmarkâs largest military unit aimed at international tasks - Danish Division. Through this, Majken has developed her negotiating and analytical skills and thus also her ability to focus on solutions and results. In addition to the above qualities, Majken is also a true fighter, a feature developed through many years as competitive swimmer.
Majken was born on 22 September 1969 in Jutland, where she also grew up. Today she lives with her husband and their two children north of Copenhagen. Majken speaks Scandinavian and English.
