Cosar Attorneys at Law

Utku Cosar is a partner at Cosar Attorneys at Law in the dispute resolution department. Ms Cosar represents both public and private clients in international arbitration with particular experience in handling disputes involving state parties. Ms Cosar has acted as counsel in some of the largest arbitrations in Turkey, including numerous major international disputes.

Ms Cosar is a member of the ABA, IBA, NYSBA and Ankara Bar Association. A graduate of Marmara University Law School, Ms Cosar has received two LLM degrees in law and international legal studies from Georgetown University. She is admitted to practise law in New York and Turkey.

Ms Cosar speaks fluent Turkish and English.
