Timothy G Nelson is a New York partner of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, practicing international litigation and arbitration. He has appeared before arbitral tribunals of ICSID, the ICDR, the AAA, the ICC as well as arbitrations governed by the UNCITRAL rules, and has litigated numerous arbitration issues before US federal and state courts. His cases include contractual, corporate and accounting arbitrations as well as investment treaty claims against foreign sovereigns. He holds law degrees from the University of New South Wales and Oxford University.
