Alastair Henderson is Herbert Smith’s managing partner in Bangkok. He has worked in Asia for 14 years and was based in Hong Kong and Singapore before moving to Thailand in 2002. His practice covers a wide range of local and regional cases in many commercial sectors, with particular expertise in the fields of construction, infrastructure, energy and international trade. Much of his practice involves dispute resolution by means of domestic or international arbitration. He has extensive experience of advising governments, multinationals and private companies facing complex commercial issues in Thailand and elsewhere in the region.

He is listed as one of the world’s leading construction and arbitration lawyers in The International Who's Who of Business Lawyers 2006.
