Friveh Yeoh
Friven Yeoh is a counsel in the international practice
group of O’Melveny & Myers and is resident in the
firm’s Hong Kong office. He is admitted as a solicitor
in Hong Kong; England & Wales; and the State of Victoria,
Australia, and has worked for leading international
law firms in Melbourne, London and Hong Kong prior
to joining O’Melveny. Friven’s practice at O’Melveny
involves both adversarial and transactional work. In his
adversarial practice, he specialises in the resolution of
Chinese-foreign business disputes and has represented
clients in arbitrations under major arbitral rules, including
those of the ICC, HKIAC, CIETAC, UNCITRAL
and SIAC. He also advises clients in commercial litigation
and regulatory investigations involving product
risk and liability, energy, corporate affairs and financial
services matters.
Friven writes regularly on topics relating to dispute resolution in Hong Kong and China. He speaks fluent Mandarin and English.
