Nadia Darwazeh

Nadia Darwazeh is a counsel in the Shanghai office of O’Melveny & Myers and a member of the firm’s international practice group. She is admitted in England and Wales as a solicitor-advocate and in Germany as Rechtsanwältin. Her practice focuses on international arbitration and multi-jurisdictional litigation. She has represented clients in arbitrations and advised on arbitral proceedings before various arbitral institutions including the ICC, HKIAC, SIAC, CIETAC, BAC, LCIA and DIS.
Nadia’s arbitration practice covers a broad range of industries. She has significant experience in large construction claims, M&A disputes, bankruptcy-related disputes and general commercial cases.

Prior to joining O’Melveny, Nadia worked for leading international law firms in London, Frankfurt and Paris. Educated at the University of Warwick (LLB) and the University of Cambridge (LLM), Nadia is the author of numerous articles on dispute resolution and regularly speaks on this topic. She has native language proficiency in English, French and German and speaks fluent Dutch and Mandarin.
