Yulena Sanchez-Hoet is an associate at Hoet Peláez Castillo & Duque. She received her LLM in International Business Law from the University of London in 2000, her Diploma in Legal Translation from the Universidad Metropolitana in 1998 and her Law Degree from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello in 1996. Dr Sanchez-Hoet is a member of the Arbitration Committee of the Venezuelan-American Chamber of Commerce (VENAMCHAM); Iberoamerican Law Society of the University of London; International Bar Association; International Trade Marks Association (INTA); Venezuelan Association of Industrial Property Agents (COVAPI); World Association of Young Jurists and Law Students, Venezuelan Chapter; and Young International Arbitrators Group of the London Court of International Arbitration.
