Justyn Jagger
Justyn co-chairs DLA Piper's global arbitration group. He specialises in insurance and reinsurance, oil and gas, energy and construction industry arbitrations, which he has conducted under ICC, SIAC, UNCITRAL, LCIA and BANI Rules in Europe and throughout Asia.
Justyn has acted as counsel in a wide range of arbitrations across Asia. For example, Justyn has acted on behalf of the owner of a petrochemicals plant against the engineering and procurement contractor and the technology licensor; an international dredging company against the owner of an offshore oil installation; and an international construction company against the designer of the foundation system of a high-rise office building.
Justyn has been named as a leading lawyer in major international publications since 2000. Most recently, Justyn has been named as a leading individual in dispute resolution in Singapore in the 2008-2009 edition of the Asia Pacific Legal 500. Justyn has also been recognised by Chambers Asia 2009 as a leading lawyer in Asia and Singapore in international arbitration and dispute resolution respectively.
