Luis Manuel Martinez is the vice president of the International Centre for Dispute Resolution responsible for the north-east of the United States, as well as Central and South America. Mr Martinez is also president of the Inter-American Commercial Arbitration Commission. Mr Martinez is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey. He received his BA from Georgian Court College and his JD from St John’s University, School of Law.
