Denton Wilde Sapte has the Gulf’s premier arbitration and dispute resolution practice, with multi-lingual practitioners based throughout a unique network of international offices located in all major Gulf and Middle East jurisdictions. The practice covers all of the main areas of dispute resolution: litigation; arbitration; and mediation in all of the firm’s specialist business sectors.
Our Muscat office was established more than 25 years ago and now has 30 lawyers and trainees, many of whom are fluent in both Arabic and English. They come from a variety of backgrounds: Australia, New Zealand, Oman, Sudan, the United Kingdom and the United States.
The office provides a full range of both Oman and English law advice with specialist teams covering energy, infrastructure and projects, banking and finance, corporate and commercial, real estate and dispute resolution. We also have lawyers practising in the fields of employment, IP, IT and tax. Our Arabic-speaking lawyers have rights of audience before the Oman courts.
Our clients include the Oman government, multinationals, local and international banks and other financial institutions and private companies, including many leading contractors and oil and gas corporations.
The Muscat office is a key part of our Middle East network, which includes offices in Abu Dhabi, Cairo, Dubai and Doha and associate offices in Amman and Riyadh.
