Ferrere Abogados
Ferrere AbogadosAv Dr Luis A de Herrera 1248 Sandra González |
The litigation department at Ferrere Abogados has 25 full-time litigators and about 40 people overall, handling more than 5,000 cases simultaneously. A portion of those are asset-recovery cases for banking and insurance clients, that require highly specialised human resources and technical means to handle massive litigation, but litigators at Ferrere are also in charge of the most complex and individually largest cases in Uruguay. Currently, the department is handling a series of related lawsuits for three international clients, whose overall amount exceeds US$1 billion, and is regularly involved in most high-profile local cases. |
