Reliance win US$19 million in access dispute

An ICC tribunal chaired by Charles N Brower has requested Tata Communications, formerly known as Videsh Sanchar Nigam, to pay roughly US$19 million plus interest in damages to Reliance Globalcom, after the sides failed to agree to landing access arrangements.
