Venezuela settles ICSID case

US oil and gas company Exterran Holdings has agreed to suspend an ICSID claim against Venezuela after agreeing to accept US$442 million compensation for assets nationalised by the state’s oil company, PDVSA, in 2009.
PDVSA will pay US$440 million under the terms of the settlement
