Enron case suspended at ICSID

An eleven-year-old ICSID case brought by creditors of the collapsed US energy group Enron against Argentina has been suspended until January, while the Argentine authorities approve a restructuring that could mark the end of the case.
Pampa Energia bought the rights to the Enron's ICSID claim in 2011 from Ashmore
