Fifth Circuit rules in multi-party drilling dispute

A US Appeals Court has ruled that three arbitrators, not five, must hear a dispute between BP, ExxonMobil and drilling service provider Noble, in line with an arbitration clause based on the 1976 UNCITRAL rules.
