ECT claim against Mongolia to proceed

A tribunal has upheld jurisdiction over a US$200 million Energy Charter Treaty claim brought by Canadian mining company Khan Resources against Mongolia over revoked uranium mining licences, as a coal mining company threatens arbitation against the state.
