Setback for Yukos investors in UK enforcement battle

The Court of Appeal in London has refused to defer to a Dutch court's finding that the Russian judiciary was biased when it set aside four arbitral awards against Rosneft – meaning the issue must be relitigated in English enforcement proceedings.
