Venezuela edges ahead at ICSID

Venezuela has overtaken Argentina as the state with the largest number of pending claims at ICSID after an investor filed a claim under the Barbados-Venezuela bilateral investment treaty over the expropriation of its investments in a cable car system and two hotels.
