ISDA discusses arbitrating derivatives disputes

The International Swaps and Derivatives Association’s Financial Law Reform Committee met with stakeholders in Singapore last week as part of its consultation on the potential use of arbitration to resolve over-the-counter derivatives disputes.
Singapore was the venue for ISDA's first consultation meeting on arbitrating financial markets disputes
