Regulation debate continues in Singapore

Singaporean attorney general Sundaresh Menon SC's call for broad and extensive regulation of arbitration has continued to make waves at the ICCA Congress in Singapore, with Toby Landau QC warning that such a development might "cure the disease but kill the patient".
