Committee to consider Libananco award; new counsel on board

Spanish arbitrator Andrés Rigo Sureda will chair the ad hoc committee that will hear Libananco Holdings’ request to annul an award in favour of Turkey in what has been called the most expensive case in ICSID’s history.
