Brazil turns its back on "black sheep" decision

In a positive development for Brazilian arbitration, the appeal court in the southern state of Paraná has reversed its own 2008 decision to set aside an arbitral award in favour of hydroelectric plant concessionaire Itiquira Enérgetica.
