Freshfields lecture: Hanotiau criticises 'group of companies' doctrine

Belgian arbitrator and academic Bernard Hanotiau used last week's Freshfields lecture to attack the ‘group of companies’ doctrine – arguing that it is a “shortcut to avoid legal reasoning” which should “disappear from our vocabulary”.
