CIETAC to offer wider choice of arbitrators?

The forthcoming revision of the CIETAC rules could give parties scope to appoint arbitrators who are not on the insititution’s official panel, said the commission's vice chairman and secretary general Yu Jianlong at a recent seminar in London.
