RUSSIA: Court refuses to enforce an ICC award for lack of evidence of due notice and public policy violation

On 1 July, the Commercial Court of Tomsk refused to enforce an arbitral award rendered by the ICC Court of International Arbitration in February 2007 in a dispute between two former subsidiaries of Yukos Oil Company – Tomskneft and Yukos Capital.
