Huawei Sun
Huawei Sun is an associate in the Beijing office
of the international law firm Allen & Overy LLP.
Huawei has extensive experience in international
arbitration and litigation as well as general corporate practice. She
has represented several multinational companies in arbitrations and
litigations conducted in China and a number of Chinese companies
in international arbitration before the HKIAC and SIAC.
Her practice covers a broad range of areas and industries including
international sale of goods, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions,
real estate and general commercial matters.
Before joining the Beijing office of Allen & Overy, Huawei
worked as an associate for a major Chinese law firm and as a case
officer for CIETAC. She has a JD degree from Vanderbilt University
Law School and is New York State-qualified. She speaks English
and Mandarin.
