Audley Sheppard
Audley Sheppard is a partner in Clifford Chance’s international arbitration and international law groups. Audley specialises in the resolution of major disputes arising out of infrastructure and energy projects, and international trade and investment, through arbitration, litigation and ADR. He also sits as an arbitrator.
Audley has law and commerce degrees from Victoria University, New Zealand, and an LLM from the University of Cambridge, United Kingdom.
Audley is a visiting professor at the School of Arbitration, Queen Mary, London. He is active in the International Law Association arbitration committee (rapporteur, 1996-2006) and the foreign investment committee, and was a co-chair of the International Bar Association arbitration committee (2006-07).
