Andrew Hutcheon
Andrew Hutcheon is a partner in the international litigation and arbitration practice of Watson, Farley & Williams LLP. He has extensive international arbitration experience and has represented parties in arbitrations before the ICC, LCIA, VIAC, AAA and LMAA. He has also been involved in several High Court cases making significant contributions to English arbitration law. He has had notable experience in oil and gas disputes, in which he has advised parties in relation to international arbitration and bilateral investment treaty disputes, commercial litigation and judicial review proceedings. Other industries in which he has had significant experience are construction, shipping, finance and TMT. Andrew has practised in Australia and England and holds degrees from the University of Sydney and Tulane University, New Orleans.
