GAR Live Americas will feature panels discussing the ‘relationship between the US courts and international arbitration’ and a ‘symposium session’ with pre-prepared questions from the audience and a panel on ‘Investment arbitration’.
The afternoon will involve a debate with the motion: This house believes that international arbitration has become too “Americanized.”
